Wavefront and Beam Shaping

We focus on innovating techniques to control and manipulate light wavefronts. Our research enhances imaging resolution and contrast by precisely shaping wavefronts and we improve the performance of microscopy and other imaging technologies, enabling clearer and more detailed visualization of biological and other samples.
Our lab also uses uses optical vortices for imaging and metrology. This research has applications in imaging, astronomy, microscopy, optical tweezers, among others.
