✨ Proud Moment! ✨Happy to share our latest publication: "Multi-functional single-shot label-free quantitative phase microscopy using polarization differential phase contrast" Read the full paper here.
I’m particularly proud of Ana Espinosa Momox, Brandon Norton, Maria Cywinska, and our collaborator Juan Vivero Escoto for their creativity and resilience. Working under pressure, they found an innovative solution that highlights the strength of collaboration and teamwork. This achievement truly reflects the dedication and ingenuity of everyone involved. I would also like to acknowledge Bryce Evans for his initial efforts and inspiration in this work—we honor your life with this achievement.
Yey to teamwork! 🎉
🔬 This project focuses on the development of a Swiss Army knife of microscopy: a label-free, single-shot quantitative phase microscopy system leveraging polarization differential phase contrast. One key feature is our fully automated procedure to segment cells, even for low SNR (signal-to-noise ratio) data, enabling versatile, high-throughput imaging for biological research across a wide range of conditions.
A huge thank you to everyone who made this possible! Onwards and upwards! 🌟
